DAVx5 is an app to help synchronize calendars and contact lists with specific online accounts that are supported. As the name indicates, it can be used for CalDAV (calendar) CardDAV (contacts) syncing.

This app set up with an Above Suite, which allows to sync data via our Above DAV webserver infrastructure.

It can also integrate Google accounts (here is a guide), Nextcloud, Fastmail, and even iCloud (Apple contacts) with some extra steps!

Note that to actually use and manage your contacts and calendars, you’d use the dedicated Contacts app, and the Calendar app respectively. Once the online accounts are activated from within DAVx5, these contacts lists & calendars will be recognized by the respective apps.
