Be sure to enter the **same email address you used at checkout** in the ***Customer Email*** field. Choose a **username** you're comfortable with. Changing it later can be time-consuming. Be sure to **record your password** for future access.

If you purchased **multiple subscriptions**, please contact us. Each subscription requires a unique email address for activation.

You only need **one subscription per user**. A single Above Privacy Suite subscription syncs across all your Above devices—Phone, Book, and Tablet.

If you purchased multiple subscriptions by mistake, contact us at support@above.im. We’ll either issue a refund for the extras or apply the credit to extend your primary subscription, depending on the timing and our refund policy.
