It is basically a privacy focused alternative to TeamViewer. We run our own server instance of RustDesk, which means no data is flowing to unknown parties. The server configuration is set up by default on the devices we provide, however if RustDesk is freshly installed it needs to be set up first - here is our guide to help you do just that!
