Search for an app with the built in search bar at the top of the *App Drawer*. 3. Browse your installed apps — they are organized in alphabetical order for easy access. Notifications are listed here. \- **==Swipe up/down==** to scroll through them \- **==Tap==** on them to open \- **==Press & hold==** on them for notification adjustment \- **==Swipe==** to the side to discard 3. **Swipe down again** for *Quick Settings*. 4. Adjust brightness by using the horizontal bar. 5. Toggle individual *Quick Settings*. 6. Edit *Quick Settings* layout. 7. *Device Settings* and *Power menu*. *** ### **Gesture Navigation** We recommend setting the Navigation Mode to ***3-Button Navigation***, as it tends to be more intuitive for most users. This mode displays the familiar three buttons at the bottom of the screen for *Back*, *Home* and *Recent App* functions. Alternatively, there's ***Gesture Navigation***, which removes the three buttons entirely and replaces them with swipe-based gestures to perform the same actions. __List of Gestures:__ 1. Go to ***Home screen***: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. 2. **Go back**: Swipe from right edge of the screen towards the center. 3. View ***Recent Apps***: Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. 4. Open the ***App drawer***: Swipe up from the middle of the screen. 5. View ***Notifications* & *Quick Settings ***menu: Swipe down from the top of the screen once for *notifications*, twice for *Quick settings*. 6. **Switch between apps**: Swipe left to right from the bottom of the screen. :::info **Note:** When creating a new user profile, the system defaults to *Gesture Navigation*.
